We had booked a taxi for our arrival at Cardiff airport for 10p.m. Unfortunately, we were diverted to Bristol because of fog. Obviously, we phoned and explained the situation. I cannot thank the company enough for their above and beyond service, they kept in contact with us during the journey and finally arriving at Cardiff airport, the driver was there waiting. If ever I need a taxi in that area again, I shall have no hesitation in using Driven Taxis again. Thank you
